Eric Swalwell tied to Chinese spy who began on college campus
Jay Chen, who still refuses to denounce his long standing support of Confucius Institutes, will campaign this weekend with Congressman Eric Swalwell, the same individual that Axios and Fox News reported had deep ties to a Chinese spy who got their start via Confucius Institutes.
Following the damaging revelations, members of House Leadership, including House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy have noted that the spy got her start on a college campus via Confucius Institutes.
“Jay Chen is literally doubling down on his support and ties to Confucius Institutes and the Chinese Communist Party by campaigning this weekend with a congressman who has documented ties to the CCP,” said Michelle Steel Spokesperson Lance Trover. “This is further proof that his incessant cries of ‘racism’ are merely a distraction from the fact he still supports Chinese Communist Party Confucius Institutes. Voters should watch what he does, not what he says.”
