Seeking Attention Or Aiming to be this Generation’s Brothers Grimm?
Huntington Beach, CA – Despite being called out by his own party and far-left progressive groups for lying, Tax Cheat and Loser Harley Rouda continues making up outright falsehoods about Michelle Steel, leading many to speculate he’s auditioning to be the next Brothers Grimm.
“Still reeling from his November loss, we originally thought Tax Cheat Rouda was making desperate ploys for attention while he struggled to explain why Orange County voters rejected him,” said Steel Campaign Spokesperson Lance Trover. “But since he won’t stop even after being called out by his own party, some are convinced he’s auditioning to be the next Brothers Grimm because nothing else explains his penchant for making up outright falsehoods about Michelle Steel.”
Rouda was caught lying again this week.
And, in case anyone needs a refresher: two weeks ago, a leaked email chain showed Rouda forcing National Democrats to spread lies about Michelle Steel – that even they thought went too far:
“Rouda, who lost by 2 points in a district President Biden carried by a similar margin, is mounting a rematch with Steel. Another DCCC researcher in the email chain pushed back on calling Steel the “QAnon Congresswoman” in the release “because she hasn’t personally expressed support for QAnon” and offered “maybe another adjective like ‘divisive’ or ‘do-nothing.’” But, according to the campaign staffer, Rouda had requested that the campaign include the nickname. The nickname and the line about impeachment remained in the final draft reporters received Thursday afternoon.”
Then, a Far-Left Progressive group called him out for airing racist ads that were not “culturally competent” and “anti-China” against Michelle Steel in 2020 – a Korean immigrant who came to this country as a teenager in search of a better life. According to the San Francisco Chronicle citing an analysis by the progressive strategy and donor group Way to Win:
“Democrats ran ads that were not ‘culturally competent.’ The study called out former Orange County Rep. Harley Rouda for airing ‘anti-China’ ads against an Asian-American GOP candidate, now-Rep. Michelle Steel, in a district that is 18% Asian Pacific Islander.”
“One thing is clear, between cheating on his taxes and spreading lies about Michelle, Loser Rouda is well positioned to be the next great fairytale writer of our time,” added Trover.
