Steel for Congress Announces Endorsements from 33 Local Orange County Leaders; Firmly Establishes Herself as the Clear Local Choice for Congress

Huntington Beach, CA– Today, Michelle Steel, Vice-Chair of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, added 27 new current and former local elected officials to her list of endorsements for the 48th congressional district. In two weeks, Steel has announced the support of 33 local Orange County leaders and has firmly established herself as the clear local choice for U.S. Congress. 

Last week, the Steel for U.S. Congress campaign announced the endorsement of the majority of the elected officials in Huntington Beach which makes-up 30% of the 48th congressional district. The second round of local endorsements released today include:

The 48th congressional district is in Orange County and encompasses all or portions of Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, and Westminster.
