Steel’s Anti-Corruption and Pro-Public Safety Record Land her Key Endorsements
Huntington Beach, CA – Today, the Huntington Beach and Newport Beach Police Officers’ Associations announced their support for Michelle Steel as she seeks to unseat incumbent Harley Rouda in California’s 48th Congressional District. With public safety on top of many voters’ minds, the endorsements are critical as we approach the final days of the campaign.
“Michelle Steel is law enforcements’ choice for Congress. Her record keeping Orange County safe, rooting out corruption, and supporting police officers is unmatched. Voters can be confident that with Michelle Steel in Congress our community will be safer and our government will be held accountable,” stated Yasha Nikitin, President of the Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Association.
The Associations, which come from the largest voting cities in the district, join top county law enforcement officials in backing Michelle Steel, including Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes and over 4,200 Orange County Deputy Sheriffs.
